Maximum published listings per broker profile: Free 1, Grow 10, Scale 30 and Max 75. Draft, hidden and archived listings do not count towards this limit.
Show My Listings as a button or swipeable cards. Open each property in the full-screen viewer, with its floor plan and preferred contact action. Listing capacity follows your plan limit.
Manage published, draft, hidden and archived listings on all plans. Only publicly published listings count toward the 1 / 10 / 30 / 75 plan limits. Sold does not automatically mean archived.

Yes. Customise your profile content and appearance using the options available in your plan. Header layouts and collection layouts are separate settings. See the comparison table for the features included in each plan.
Monthly billing is SEK 695 for Grow, SEK 1,295 for Scale and SEK 2,395 for Max. Annual billing is paid upfront: SEK 5,940 for Grow, SEK 11,940 for Scale and SEK 23,940 for Max. The annual equivalents are SEK 495, SEK 995 and SEK 1,995 per month. All prices are per broker profile and exclude VAT. Review the billing period and tax before confirming payment.
There is no free trial of a paid plan. You can use the Free plan at SEK 0 or choose a paid plan. Paid plans are billed for the period selected at checkout.
Yes. Your Bybre profile can link visitors to your existing website and other destinations. Share your byb.re profile address wherever you want people to find your content.
You can link to an external booking service from your profile. Booking takes place with that service. Bybre does not include a built-in calendar or the external service’s subscription.
Plans and listing limits apply per broker profile. Contact us for a quote covering several profiles. Scale and Max include delegated profile and listing editing, excluding contacts, billing and account deletion. This is not an office/team subscription or a shared listing allowance.
Manage your subscription in Billing. Review the selected plan, billing period, effective date and any amount due before you confirm a change or cancellation. The confirmation step shows the applicable change; this page does not promise a refund or an immediate effective date.
